Scalpers have already purchased tickets on StubHub, hoping to hit the right number on the roulette wheel of record-breaking games. Netflix and HBO have engaged in a furious battle for the rights to the documentary. And Laker nation continues to debate how they should feel about a relatively new Laker supplanting a Laker legend as the most prolific scorer of all-time. LeBron’s impending date with destiny has created seismic activity in La La Land. Even Celtics’ fans recognize the Hollywood script unfolding.  \r\n\r\nWhile The King did not name Kareem to his all-time Laker starting lineup, he did express his admiration: “I Love Kareem too, man. I can’t even front on that. But Shaq’s so dominant. We need a big because I’m playing the four.” As the basketball world anticipates the inevitable record-breaking moment, analysts have speculated about the atmosphere. And getting down to brass tacks, fans wonder whether Kareem will attend and graciously pass the proverbial torch to his Laker brethren. Given the elder statesman’s remarkable class, the event will likely unfold with appropriate pomp and circumstance. But perhaps an assist from Magic Johnson would ensure the magic of the event. Magic would emphasize that although the players emerged in different eras with different narratives, they wear the same purple and gold.  \r\n\r\nThis 2003 Exquisite Collection RPA deserves a Hollywood celebration of its own. The on-card Auto 10 from Lebron’s rookie season hearkens back to a more cavalier time, when LeBron had a different kind of pressure--lifting a franchise on his back and taking them to the promised land. Brilliantly executed, Bron’s signature contains no fading or smudging—a bold and clear statement. The multi-colored patch could attract the paparazzi for its photogenic qualities. And the BGS 9 in the spotlight boasts two impeccable 9.5 subgrades. All things considered, this superstar card deserves its place on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.  \r\n\r\nAs collectors anticipate the record-breaking moment, they will likely look back at his career with the fondest of memories—his first title with Miami, his return to Cleveland and their first title, and lifting the nation’s spirits with his fourth title during a challenging time in history. They will likely reminisce about his athleticism, big shots, and cultural influence. And no shortage of collectors will undoubtedly seek to add this LeBron treasure to their stack. Hollywood is rooting for a feel-good ending and so are LeBron collectors. The action leading up to the final bid of this auction promises similar drama, so the winning bidder may need to pull out their own skyhook for the winning shot. Like LeBron, it might even set a record.","serial":"0011775853","isComplete":true,"paymentStatus":"PAID","itemVariantId":"bbfc75d9-8d21-5828-857f-f02e99b3cfed","listingUuid":"2b9ddfd2-82ef-11ed-a861-0a58a9feac02","purchasedQuantity":0}
