While it's difficult to definitively name one Pele card as his true rookie card, the 1958 Alifabolaget is widely considered the 'must own' example in the market. With a beautiful full-color image and appealing look, the Swedish-made Alifabolaget is a sensational card which is simply never seen in such condition. The offered PSA 7.5 easily ranks among the finest copies we've had the pleasure of brokering and is virtually impossible to improve upon with only a dozen grading higher. In terms of market importance and rarity, this card is unparalleled when comparing to other key soccer rookie cards. The offered beauty displays brilliant color with zero surface scuffs or scratches. The card is very well centered with smooth edges and four minimally touched corners. Completely void of typical wrinkles or creasing. Pele is widely considered the greatest Soccer/Futbol player of all-time and is immensely popular among investors. This card continues to soar in value as people realize just how special and elusive this rookie card is. Comes highly recommended by PWCC.
